The
General Assembly (GA) is the sovereign power of the Association with a period of office of three years. It meets at least twice a year. Its duties are for instance: general policy; amendments to the
Statutes; appointment and removal of directors; approval of the BoD's report, including accounts and budget; appointment of auditors.
The Association is administered by a Board of ten Directors, elected by the GA for a three-year term. Directors are eligible for re-election. The
Board of Directors elects a chairman, who is the
President of Eu
MA, two vice-chairmen and a secretary from among its members for a three-year term.
The GA includes a representation of countries or
groups of countries.
