The EuMA Board of Directors approved guidelines for taking photographs and recording videos during the EuMW.

Essentially EuMW attendees are permitted to take photographs for their personal use only, in a way that does not disturb the events.

On the other hand, taking pictures of visuals presented by speakers is only allowed with the prior agreement of the speaker and session chair.

Similarly, taking pictures of posters is only allowed with the prior agreement of the speaker.
