EuMA owns and retains the copyrights for its EuMW Conference Proceedings.

In line with the ethics of good scientific practice, EuMA generally grants permission to authors to reproduce their individual papers of its Proceedings of the European Microwave Conference (EuMC), Proceedings of the European Microwave Integrated Circuits Conference (EuMIC), Proceedings of the European Radar Conference (EuRAD), as well as other Conferences for which EuMA has the copyright,
Provided that
  • in case authors intent to share the full paper content in its entirety, no alteration is made to the paper in form and content and the copyright line at the bottom of the first page is retained,
  • in case authors intent to reproduce only parts of their paper, including text excerpts, figures, tables, in other publications under their authorship, including e.g. their own dissertations, the source of the material, including authors, date, and copyright owner are acknowledged and the full citation of the originally published paper and its content is properly referenced ("... in Proceedings of the ..."); the copyright owner is the European Microwave Association, EuMA,
  • all authors of the paper are informed and have given their consent to the reproduction,
  • no commercial use is made from the reproduction, unless otherwise granted by EuMA.
EuMA reserves the right to refuse permission or to apply a charge for commercial reproduction. For papers published in the International Journal of Microwave and Wireless Technologies, authors are directed to Cambridge University Press.
